About Roman Dzhurayev

After working with real estate developers and discovering that he had an aptitude for recognizing value and putting a deal together by himself, Roman began his work in real estate as an agent and has been an important resource to his network of clients. In fact, in over 90% of all his completed transactions he has successfully found buyers for the homes that he has agreed to sell for homeowners. 

He takes an active approach to marketing his listed properties and presents them to buyers through channels that many Realtors cannot. In addition to leveraging the extensive network advantages of Douglas Elliman, Roman typically supplements exposure of his listings through additional channels according to the advertising plan.
