About Roman Dzhurayev

After working with real estate developers and discovering that he had an aptitude for recognizing value and putting a deal together by himself, Roman began his work in real estate as an agent and has been an important resource to his network of clients. Active since 2001, Roman has consistently been among the top performers of all Realtors in the Queens and Long Island region simply because he has helped more people sell or buy homes than most other agents.

Rather than depending on other brokers to find buyers for the sellers who have listed with him, he finds them himself. In fact, in over 90% of all his completed transactions he has successfully found buyers for the homes that he has agreed to sell for homeowners. 

He takes an active approach to marketing his listed properties and presents them to buyers through channels that many Realtors cannot. In addition to leveraging the extensive network advantages of Douglas Elliman, Roman typically supplements exposure of his listings through additional channels according to the advertising plan. This premium on marketing is what differentiates Roman, and results in his record as being one of the top realtors in closed units for his area of expertise.
